Terms of service
Last updated October 24, 2026
These terms govern your use of Electrician Practice Test (electricianpracticetest.com), operated by Romio Group LLC (“Electrician Practice Test”, “we”). By using the site or buying a course you agree to them.
1. What Electrician Practice Test is, and isn't
Electrician Practice Test is an independent exam-preparation tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), PSI Services LLC, or the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). “NEC” and “National Electrical Code” are registered trademarks of the NFPA. We do not reproduce exam questions or code text; all questions and explanations are original and cite code locations by article and section number only. You need your own copy of the code book to study and to sit the exam.
2. Your licence
A purchase gives one person a personal, non-transferable licence to use the course for the exam named at purchase. “Lifetime Updates” means updates to that course for as long as we offer it, plus the Texas Master course when it is released. You may not share your account, resell access, scrape or copy the question bank, or use the content to build a competing product.
3. Accounts
Sign-in is by one-time email link. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. We may suspend accounts that share access or abuse the service.
4. Payment, tax and refunds
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated and collected by Stripe where required. Refunds are governed by the Refund & pass guarantee policy.
5. No guarantee of results beyond the refund policy
Exam outcomes depend on you. Our pass-readiness estimate is a statistical estimate, not a promise. Our only remedy for not passing is the refund described in the refund policy.
6. AI-generated explanations
Parts of the course use AI to generate explanations and tutoring. Calculations are performed by our own verified code; the AI explains steps. Explanations may still contain errors. Use the flag button on any question you believe is wrong; a licensed electrician reviews flags. Always rely on the code book itself for installations.
7. Intellectual property
All course content is ours or licensed to us. You keep ownership of anything you type into the tutor.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
Wyoming law governs these terms. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Contact: support@electricianpracticetest.com, Romio Group LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801.
